Mr. Clark Gaylord is the Director of Research Technology Services at The George Washington University where he leads a team of High Performance Computing and Research Cyber Infrastructure professionals supporting GW's diverse research portfolio. In this capacity he is also director for the Capital Area Advanced Research and Education Network (CAAREN), the Capital Region Internet2 connector.
Prior to joining GWU, Mr. Gaylord was CIO at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute.
Mr. Gaylord has an M.S. in statistics from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in mathematics from the University of Virginia.
