The VCU IT Service Catalog has become the IT Catalog with the rollout of our new Application Catalog. The two catalogs live side-by-side in the IT Catalog and support each other while providing separate services. Each catalog provides our customers an organized method of accessing updated information. We leverage the existing resources and knowledge base articles to provide a central repository to direct customers to available resources. The panel will discuss the development of the Application Catalog and its integration into the IT Catalog.
