It's amazing what a little collaboration from the start of a project can do for morale, trust, and most importantly client satisfaction. Join us as members of Mason's IT Support Center, Communications and Marketing, and Project Management teams share how developing integrated project teams led to successful, high impact project implementations. We'll share stories and lessons learned from projects such as Two Factor Authentication and Office 365. See how what we've learned is translating into the core of Mason's Project Management Framework to help ensure future projects can achieve the same level of success.
