Being able to receive a request and build a strategy to give the best experience possible not only is rewarding, it also gives you a level of achievement that is vital to the forward progression of technology and the role you play in it. "IT Service Management- Making it Business and Personal" gives insight of IT service products, planning, policies and procedures thus a better understanding of service delivery that ensures a higher level of efficiency in daily routines, customer requests and trouble tickets that gives high levels of satisfaction for endeavors doing business as well as tasks done on a school or home level.
Applying techniques and strategic planning discussed during this session not only benefit endeavors on the IT scope but also personally, that will render realistic expectations to various projects for work requirements, end user needs, and projects.
