Let's face it...where would we be without the wonderful world of questions??? In technology the person that has the request generally only knows one thing...they want what they asked for. As an Information Technology professional it is our job to do our best to give them just that. Saying yes is the easy part if the request is quickly assessed with ample hardware or software on hand. When the request is met by obstacles in location, purchasing, licensing, staff available, usage, training, just to name a few; the yes can justifiably be an automatic NO. Yet, saying no may damage or even dissolve great standing rapports.
This session of "Let Your Yes mean Yes & Your No mean Yes" will give a plethora of real-life accounts, situations and scenarios of how to turn even the most overstated request into a realistic possibility, to retain confidence in communication and satisfaction in our IT professional roles.
