This presentation will be a PM level recap of George Mason's implementation of Canon as the provider of printing across campus for faculty / Staff and Students. Discussions about soft and hidden costs, and road blocks affecting the ROI. Additionally, some discussion about the infrastructure required and the integration with existing systems.
